power upgarde Chip

Hi looking at the spare parts list i see you can get a chip for a power upgrade, wondering if anyone has done this and does it make a difference, also is it easy to change?

Hi mate,

I wrote about this in one of my posts about an ECU repair.

The chip has certainly made a difference, I wouldn't say the car feels a lot quicker, but there seems to be much more torque in second and third gears, good for overtaking and driving up hills without changing down.
