I have a stock ADC engine 1600i (whit Manfred chiptuning), what are the advantages?

Yes. Without changing hardware around 65hp. With changing hardware... hmmm, unlimited. My 1800i has 115hp, my M102T B7 Turbo 800hp...

No. But you can change everything.

For about 70hp and in compliance with Euro 2 emission, what hardware should I change?
I am interested in Trigifant and how this works, can you help me?

As Red1600i said, you can get something like 65HP without harware changes. If you "only" want 70HP you could go for 90.5mm pistons and cylinders giving you 1776cc and about 72 HP. With a different camshaft and larger valves maybe 80HP. With new throttle bodies (like dual carbs) you can get 100+HP.
