Looking for a pulley

I'm french, and I am #251 on the registry.

I've got a problem with my pulley, the one referenced part # 040 903 109 6 on the spare parts page. I have to buy another one, with all small parts to lock it, and I can't find that anywhere I'm looking for in France.

Does anyone know a website or someone who's selling some ?
