Hi everybody,
My 1600i (1997) show two strange problems;  Sometimes when i turn contact key, the tachometer needle jump to the top along with a vaccum sound at the engine bay (last owner installed a tach directly to the ignition coil).... 

         when I start the engine (cold),  revs up to 1500 RPM first, then as it gets temperture RPMs down to 850 (wich i think it's normal), but sometimes cold starting is all the way different, first at 850 RPMs (no "choke" effect), runs very "uneven", sometimes stop running along with a strong gasoline smell at exhaust..... 
 Any advice or approach ??
